This £10 million development by GR Langlois (1999) is located in St. Brelades, Jersey and consists of 26 new 3-bedroom homes. These traditional designed properties are finished off to a high standard with either granite or render quoin feature external walls, slate or pantile roofs with Jersey verge cappings.

Jersey Energy provided the complete Electrical and Mechanical services design and specification for each home. Full CAD drawings were provided for each home enabling contractors to install all services quickly and correctly and ensuring that all standards and guidelines were followed. Early site inspections by Jersey Energy allowed for the final on-site amendments to be made before contractors continued their installation works.

Jersey Energy liaised with all utility services and undertook the design and co-ordination of all external services for the site, including the new electrical substation at the entrance to the development.
