Working alongside local developers GR Langlois, Jersey Energy designed the complete electrical and mechanical installation of Hameau De La Mer. 

Jersey Energy produced detailed design specifications and drawings to enable the fit out of 19 cottages and 35 apartments aimed at purchasers 55 years or over.
