Profile & Background

Bob has over 35 years of industrial experience in building services in design, commissioning, contracting and management.  He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of mechanical design, including ventilation, plumbing services, air conditioning and heat pump installations. He has worked in commissioning and maintenance management fields and design consultancy works.

Bob has also lectured in the UK and locally in specialist design of mechanical services and application of refrigerant based systems.

Working on a variety of high profile projects in both the UK and the Channel Islands, Bob has experience of designing unique and complex schemes, with a practical view as to their buildability and satisfactory commissioning.
