This project comprised the construction of the new Magistrates Building for the States of Jersey, including holding cells, three courts, and a three-storey probation office building.

Jersey Energy were appointed to provide full design services and a detailed specification for both the electrical, mechanical and specialist services. The electrical services not only included all power and lighting but also a fully addressable fire alarm system, high level security system, lighting control system and displacement air conditioning systems. The mechanical systems included displacement air conditioning systems, air handling incorporating thermal wheel heat recovery technology and high efficiency modular condensing boilers for space heating and hot water.

Jersey Energy provided professional services from inception to completion and beyond to provide the end user with post-handover support in the operation of their facility, providing technical support to aid the transition between construction and occupation.
