Jersey Energy was appointed by WEB (Now the States of Jersey Development Company) to carry out the full infrastructure design and co-ordination, together with the related M&E design of the services infrastructure.

Jersey Energy were involved from the concept stage to develop a services infrastructure plan of the site, coordinating with utility providers, dealing with site constraints i.e. existing sea wall, and the proposed development of the site, including the M&E design of the services within the ‘ALLSOP’ design upturned boat/café known as ‘La Fregate Café’. The floating boat structure and proximity to coastal elements provided significant challenges which had to be overcome by the team at Jersey Energy.
